If you like your muffins frosted, I think that these would be absolutely wonderful with cream cheese frosting. This would make them extra sweet! This coming fall I am thinking of developing a recipe of cream cheese filled pumpkin muffins where there is cream cheese on the inside too. I’ll keep you updated!
