This recipe for pork chops was what I had for dinner tonight! Simple, easy, tasty and delicious, goes well with pretty much anything, especially potatoes and green beans.

Pork Chops Recipe

Pork chops are a versatile meat dish, great for a quick and satisfying dinner. These chops are pan-fried in a skillet and then placed in the oven.


4 boneless pork chops
olive oil
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
dash Cholula hot sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet with a little bit of olive oil and add pork chops.
  4. Sear pork chops in pan for 3 minutes on each side until brown.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, mix together mustard, apple cider vinegar, cholula, and sugar and whisk with a fork.
  6. Add the sauce to the pan.
  7. Put the skillet in the oven and cook pork chops for 15 minutes in the oven.
  8. Be careful when removing the skillet from the oven, and make sure you remember to wear an oven mitt!
  9. Remove pork chops and let rest for 2 minutes.
  10. Plate and serve.
  11. These pork chops go well with almost anything- but especially mashed potatoes and a vegetable side dish.
