Apple Mango Popsicle Recipe

This Apple Mango Popsicle Recipe is super sweet and satisfying to your taste buds.  I absolutely love making popsicles from scratch! There is nothing more fun to do on a summer day.  This recipe is also pretty healthy because it only uses fresh apples, mango, water, and a little bit of sugar.  You will need a blender or food processor for this recipe.  I recently got my first food processor for my wedding, so I have definitely enjoyed trying it out with this Apple Mango Popsicle Recipe.

For the popsicle mold, I used the Tovolo twin pops mold I got at Bed Bath and Beyond. It’s super easy to use, and the pops came out perfect.

The best part of this recipe is that if you have some left over that doesn’t fit into the popsicle molds, you can just add some ice and drink it like a smoothie, because it’s just delicious!

Apple Mango Popsicle Recipe

These popsicles whip up in minutes and freeze in a couple hours for your enjoyment. Made with fresh fruit!


2 medium sized apples, peeled and sliced into quarters
1 mango, peeled and sliced into small pieces
1 cup water
2 teaspoons sugar


  1. In a food processor, combine apples mango, and sugar.
  2. Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze for 4-5 hours.
  3. Serve as a midnight snack or enjoy out by the pool on a hot day.
  4. Kids and adults will absolutely love these pops!
